Step 1: Contact Us
Initial contact is a very important step, designed to save you
valuable time.
First, complete our short,
easy online form to receive a Same Day Pre-Approval.

Step 2: Fax Our Loan Application Package
Once we have established that the loan
scenario makes sense, you simply fax us a loan application package.
The
Loan Application Package includes:
- A copy of the Trimark
Funding
loan submission form,
- Complete and accurate
1003 and 1008
form,
- Credit Report and
- Borrower Authorization

Step 3: Quote Your Client Borrower
We communicate our loan decision within 24 hours after we
receive a complete and accurate loan submission package .
We'll quote loan terms, including interest
rate, closing costs, payments, and other terms.
Our mortgage loan decision is subject to our own property value verification and
receipt of a clear title report.
When Are Funds Released?
When a clear title and payoff demands of
existing liens are obtained, Trimark sends the borrower a Good Faith
Estimate for signature.
Once signed, loan documents are drawn for the
borrower to sign. After signing, there is a three day rescission
period. The loan escrow closes the next business day after
expiration of the rescission.
Funds are disbursed by the title company
handling the escrow per written instructions.
